There are two glitches that happened to me today when I paid my study permit application today.
1. I used the interac online payment three times and got declined each time, but my bank transaction page shows that there are three $150 withdrawals. Then I tried my master card and it got declined again, which is quite bizarre.
2. When I went back to the application page where you can see your application and its status, but there’s no action button (continue my application and delete it) on my incomplete application. It only shows that it is an online application and how many days do have I to submit it. It is very weird! I have never had this experience before.
Any idea? Should I call or email them?
