Flagpoling with withdrawn criminal charges

If you had criminal charges, please be honest with the CBSA officers during landing, especially if they were minor infractions. Was it a vehicle accident involving rear ending? That is a common example. Also provide documents to proof that those charges were withdrawn and explanations why it happened. When people sue you and bring you to the court, you are criminally charged. That means they think you are at fault, but not necessarily proven that was your mistake. So if the charges are withdrawn, most likely you should be okay.

Remember that if Visa or CBSA officers found you lying in any steps of your application, they can cancel your application at any times…
